Alien Food plot

After long treatment for his bipolar disorder, 40-year-old Alberto moves in with a new foster home where he meets 12-year-old Vicky, another misfit, who is bullied for her UFO obsession. When Vicky sees Alberto secretly throwing away his medicines, they confide in each other. Their bonding and Vicky's flights into science fiction keep Alberto grounded, even as he loses his grip on reality. His relapse leads to a critical condition and he has delusions. He becomes obsessed with photos and videos he steals from customers at the computer repair shop where he works.
