Stay the Night plot
The story takes place over the course of one night. Grace has a job as a human resources manager and is frustrated that she didn't get the promotion she worked for, so she tries to have a drink with her friend Joni. This plan backfires when Joni takes a Tinder date to her house. Meanwhile, sportsman Carter learns that he has been kicked out of his team, leaving him out of a job. Soon their paths cross and the two explore Toronto while also growing towards each other.
