Nice film about a couple who decide to get married until their families meet. Funny dialogues about different cultures and racism. But the humor is sometimes too forced. And that doesn't always go well together here. A film that is easy to look away from, also because of the nice cast in which Julia Louis-Dreyfus is on a roll.

The umpteenth film that is completely messed up by forcing the theme of identity politics, races and racism down the throat again. Such a shame this. Drunk critic and many other youtubers have already posted a lot about this and rightly so, it ruins so much. Netflix focuses far too much on political messages, while the general public just wants fun, excitement or action. Comedy as a genre is on its ass, it's all become so cautious. Except for white people it seems. Let's look at people as individuals, judge them on their character or acting talent and not just see people based on someone's skin color, gender or origin. Let's laugh at differences instead of seeing everything as racist, or misogynistic, etc. Really a bad development that hopefully will be reversed soon, it's all getting too extreme.
