Al Garib plot

An unlicensed doctor lives in a small village in the occupied Golan Heights. Struggling with his own psychological crisis, he meets a man injured in the war in Syria. It is an encounter that will touch him deeply and bring him into conflict with the prevailing notions of his obligations as a man living in a country at war. As difficult as it is, he has to deal with his own discomfort to live in a patriarchal society.
