A Mil Kilómetros de la Navidad plot
Thirty-year-old Raúl hates the holidays because many of his life's setbacks were set on Christmas. He hates carols, the three wise men, and anything that smells like Christmas. At one point, his boss asks him to go to a nougat factory in Valverde to do an audit. There, Raúl is forced to share accommodation with Paula, the village teacher who dreams of building the largest nativity scene in the world. The Christmas spirit soon gets to him.

Nice Spanish Christmas romcom to watch on Netflix. Some funny moments, light romance and especially a lot of Christmas atmosphere. Acting performances ok, level better Hallmark films. Predictable but pleasant to watch around Christmas time. Seen worse. Although I have to admit that people in this film quickly change emotions. From 'I like you' to 'I want you gone' to 'I'm sorry'... Other than that I had no real emotional connection with this film. Mainly nice to watch during the week. 3*
