Laurent Garnier is one of the pioneers of house music and although his approach to DJing has barely changed since he broke through as resident DJ at The Haçienda, Manchester's legendary New Order nightclub in the late 1980s, he is still one of the the absolute best. The hyperboles are flying around you, but Garnier himself is fortunately a down-to-earth and passionate host. He tells himself how wonderfully he managed to build his career and through his eyes you are reminded how house music created and still connects cultures.
