Virgin Island plot

"THE BARE FACTS OF LIVING on an island of love!"

Tina marries Evan, an American writer, despite her respectable mother's disapproval. They settle in a house on a desert island and run out of money until the writer accepts some work. When Tina has a baby, they build a series of ingenious devices to increase their comfort. Evan realizes that she needs to spend some time in civilization in the future.
