After a breakup, Joanna moves to a new neighborhood. Her neighbor, Steve, is a voyeur who secretly installs cameras in her house. After Joanna finds out Steve is spying on her, she joins the game. She enjoys being watched. A strange relationship develops between the two, which is tested when Joanna falls in love with another man.
