The 13-member Loud family travels to Scotland and discovers that they have royal blood and a claim to power in a county. Lincoln [Asher Bishop] sees an opportunity to outdo his 10 sisters by claiming the royal title. But there is another contender [Michelle Gomez] on the horizon. A few pleasant, well-sung songs provide some relief, while the formulaic story unfolds with all sorts of sometimes hyperkinetic visual gags. Loud and only occasionally somewhat amusing.
