Seven Keys to Baldpate plot
"Richard Dix plays the perfect part"
Writer William Magee accepts a bet that he can write a book in 24 hours. In the midst of a snowstorm, he travels to an abandoned inn to finish his work. Although William is told that he is the only one with a key, he is interrupted numerous times by multiple individuals who appear to be looking for $200,000 intended as a bribe for a local politician. As the situations get more bizarre, Magee lets his crush on one of the guests get in the way of writing and resolving the events at the inn.
