Homophobia under the church tower mentality. Of course it can't turn out well. Sciamma's short film is actually nothing more than a monologue by an aggrieved girl who talks very carefully about her experience of her feelings. Quite intense and penetrating. Well and serenely played by Demoustier. Camera work also excellent with a close-up and a girl lying on the bed, defeated and extra vulnerable as if in a fetal position. Although it is monotonous and little else happens, it is still sincere and emotional.

A personal testimony from a young girl about her orientation. It is beautifully and sincerely depicted, but unfortunately it is not very interesting for a film (even a short film). The story keeps things straight, but that's not enough to lift the film itself. The concept also makes it seem more like a recited monologue than a sincere testimony. In any case, the message is nice, but that is not enough for the film.
