In Search of Dracula with Mark Gatiss plot
In 1897 the now world famous book "Dracula" by Bram Stoker was published. With exclusive access to a first edition of the book, Stoker's original notes and expert interviews, writer, comedian and horror enthusiast Mark Gatiss explores how the book came to be and how Count Dracula went on to make the transition from page to screen. He discusses some characteristic film adaptations, their angles and how they differ from Stoker's book. In addition, some actresses from the Dracula films of the British Hammer talk about their experiences on the set and what it was like to work with Christopher Lee.
