The King Steps Out plot

It has been decided that Princess Helena should marry Emperor Franz Josef. Helena, however, is in love with another man. Helena's sister, Princess Elizabeth, follows her to Vienna to sabotage the marriage. She poses as a fashion designer and in this way gains access to the court. Elizabeth and Franz Josef fall in love and that causes problems.
