Certainly not excellent, rather bogus, this superfluous and especially very weak third part. Initially there is still some laughter, but it soon becomes clear that the cake was finished long ago, despite the good intentions. Winter can still get by, but Reeves is really very bad. In addition, the script is very little and the joke density is alarmingly low. And towards the end it becomes very forcedly cozy, to end as a safe playing bland family film. Missed opportunity.

Stopped watching after 15 minutes. Beavis and Butthead movie???
The name film is not worth it. Half a star is the minimum you can vote and is still half too much. For me it is really worth zero out of ten. I don't get the concept. But I think it must be my fault. I don't think I've ever seen anything worse. A pity move by Keanu... Where did the big man from The Matrix and Speed go...

Oh well. I laughed heartily at the naive, corny '90s humor of 'Bill & Ted Face the Music' (2020). A little more 2020 in the way Bill (Alex Winter) and Ted (Keanu Reeves) struggle with their own midlife crisis. They even threaten to be overtaken by their own daughters, who have more hipster knowledge of music history than these wannabes ever dared to dream of. This new format gives 'Bill & Ted Face the Music' (2020) enough material for loose sketches around different timelines and bizarre encounters with other versions of themselves. Innovative? Not really. But it's the kind of comedy that constantly fires jokes at you and therefore more often than not hits the mark.
