Haunted by memories of a botched case, Officer Lam Kwok-Kong seeks the help of a psychiatrist. Soon he is back at work and must go after an actress turned murderer. The killer is under the spell of the evil sorcerer Tsui Kam-Lung, who has an arsenal of dirty tricks up his sleeve.
