Varda par Agnès plot
Autobiographical documentary about the life and work of Agnès Varda, including photographer and pioneer of the Nouvelle Vague. She talks about her experiences as a female director and provides insight into her oeuvre and what she calls 'cinewriting', which makes her artistic ideas take on more concrete proportions. The years 1954 to the turn of the century belong to her analogous period, in which the director is in the background. Since the year 2000, she has been using digital technology to look at the world in her own unique way.
