The Wrong Trousers plot
Wallace decides to rent out a room in the house and the new tenant, a penguin and in fact a criminal, turns out to be slowly working Gromit out of the house. The penguin is planning a robbery and needs the mechanical pants invented by Wallace. But Gromit won't be put off just like that.
