A Close Shave plot
Wallace falls head over heels in love with Wendolene, the owner of a wool shop. Meanwhile, Gromit is falsely accused of hunting sheep and thrown in jail. With the help of Wendolene and the sheep, Wallace must free Gromit.

Quite a fun animated film, following in the footsteps of the other feature-length Wallace & Gromit movies. Quite amusing and humorous, although the feature films are better. And the sheep remain great anyway, especially with the mischievous Shaun.
The plot is also quite pleasant, reasonably full for thirty minutes, so it keeps a good pace. Many elements you see here reappear in the other films as well. Fun to watch with the kids. Nothing more, nothing less.

Not the best Wallace & Gromit, but their standard is always good, making this short film worthwhile as well. We are also introduced to Shaun the sheep, who later got his own movie. The story is a bit weak, but the set design is charming. Fans will certainly enjoy this.
