Randal Hendricks is a criminal crippled after a deal gone wrong. As a result, he cannot leave his apartment and his girlfriend Pam gives him a pair of binoculars to amuse himself with. Randal, who has a financial debt to someone, watches through his binoculars how a powerful criminal commits a murder. Randal sees an opportunity to pay off his debt and decides to blackmail him.
