Hu Liang is a young man from a small town in China who wants to protect the city's cozy Rock Park from being remodeled by a real estate agent. He hopes to save the park by hosting a charity rock concert. For this he seeks assistance from Cheng Gong. But when he's offered a huge payout to cancel the concert, Hu Liang faces a tough choice.
