Misfit plot
Julia (Djamila) is a girl who lives in America and returns to the Netherlands after years. In America she had a perfect life: she was popular, had a well-watched vlog and many friends. Her life is turned upside down when she is labeled a 'Misfit', an outsider, by the VIP squad, the three most popular girls in the school, in the Netherlands. When the opportunity arises to return to America, she takes it with both hands, even if it means living a complicated double life at school. Then she also falls in love with Nick (Niek Roozen) and she starts to wonder more and more: does she really want to go back or does she want to stay?
