Yoake Tsugeru Rû no Uta plot
Kai moves to the fishing village of Hinashi. His parents have just divorced, so he leaves the city of Tokyo to live with his grandfather with his father. Because he can't find the right words to talk about his feelings and his parents, he goes through life rather gloomy. The only thing he enjoys is uploading his music compositions on the internet. When his classmates Kunio and Yuho invite him to their band and Kai reluctantly joins them for practice on a special island, they meet a mermaid named Lu. Because of her cheerful singing and dancing, Kai's feelings come up and he slowly blossoms. But then disaster suddenly strikes and Kai has to shout from the bottom of his heart to save the village.
