'The emergency center' takes a penetrating look at the beating heart of the emergency services. For the first time, the doors of the emergency centers of 100 and 101 swing open to a film crew. We meet the call center employees who answer emergency calls 24 hours a day in Antwerp, Bruges, Ghent, Hasselt, Brussels and Liège.
