Chad Hiltz is a handy and creative autodidact who builds custom cars. He builds them from whatever scrap he can find in the small farming town in America where he grew up and still lives. The scrap doesn't even have to be old cars, he's just as happy to build his custom cars from parts of old boats or other objects.
