Onmyoji plot
In the gilded enclave of the imperial court, bumbling court noble Minamoto Hiromasa meets the mystical onmyouji Abe no Seimei. They become friends and Hiromasa solves difficult cases that arise from the demonic realm. Together they defend Heian capital Kyou against a hostile onmyouji, Douson, who is secretly plotting the emperor's downfall.
