A series of disparate stories of the residents of Springwood, Ohio, who suffer from terrible nightmares, with varying, but often deadly, consequences. The host of all episodes - and sometimes character in the stories - is Freddy Krueger, the dream monster from the 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' film series.
