Rick, Olivia and Xavier team up with the organic supercar ROX to form a secret team. The three were handpicked by the government and brought together to fight crime. They each have their own qualities: computer knowledge, strength and intelligence. Their client is 'the colonel', who calls in them when a crime has to be solved or prevented. The Colonel always ends his assignments with the words, "Failure is not an option."
