The Power plot
Suddenly, and without warning, all the teenage girls in the world develop the power to electrocute people at will. It's hereditary, it's built in, and it can't be taken away from them. They come to life in the thrill of sheer power: the ability to hurt or even kill by releasing electric shocks from their fingertips.
