Reservatet plot

In a wealthy neighborhood in Copenhagen, a young Filipino au pair named Ruby disappears. Neighbor Cecilie thinks something terrible has happened and starts investigating the disappearance with her own au pair Angel. They offer their help to detective Aicha, who can use all the help he can get: a missing immigrant is very low priority for the police. Ruby's disappearance then turns out to be linked to Cecilie's own family, which suddenly makes the case more personal for her.

Heel erg goed. De beste thrillerserie die ik de laatste tijd heb gezien. De sfeer wordt al direct in het begin mysterieus neergezet door de indringende soundtrack. Een prima cast met een aantal bekende acteurs en actrices. Het plot zelf zit ook goed in elkaar. Er zitten helaas een paar dingetjes in die de realiteit overstijgen, ook blijven er nog enkele vragen open en jammer genoeg is al vrij snel bekend wie uiteindelijk verantwoordelijk is voor de verdwijning van Ruby. Zonder die minpuntjes had ik 5 sterren gegeven.

Very good. The best thriller series I have seen lately. The atmosphere is set mysteriously right from the start by the haunting soundtrack. A great cast with a number of well-known actors and actresses. The plot itself is also well put together. Unfortunately, there are a few things that transcend reality, there are also a few questions that remain unanswered and unfortunately it is known quite quickly who is ultimately responsible for Ruby's disappearance. Without those drawbacks I would have given 5 stars.

Weer een heerlijke Deense whodunit serie, Een reeks bekende sterke acteurs en actrices, zoals o.a Bach Hansen die ik ook fantastisch vond in de drie seizoenen van de serie The Legacy. Zoals ik al dikwijls gezegd heb, een klein landje met een berg sterke acteurs en actrices en veel zeer sterke series. Het scoort hoog door het ont....., begrijp deze zin helemaal niet. Het is goed of slecht, zo simpel is het!
