Redfern Now plot

Six stories about the lives of Indigenous Australians living in Sydney's gritty, shabby neighborhood of Redfern. They suffer from unemployment, prejudice, racism, poverty and mental problems, often directly related to colonization and the Stolen Generations. In each story, the lives of a different family are turned upside down by an incident, an accident or a decision with increasingly larger, more far-reaching consequences.
