Pride and Prejudice plot

Based on Jane Austen's novel. The story is set in England at the beginning of the nineteenth century. It revolves around the five unmarried daughters of Mr. and mrs. Bennet at their Longbourn estate, after the rich and attractive Mr. Bingley and his status-conscious friend Mr. Darcy moved in near them. While Bingley immediately falls for the eldest daughter, twenty-two-year-old Jane, Darcy struggles with the low status of the local community and regularly clashes verbally with the family's second daughter, twenty-year-old Elizabeth.
