Peter Gunn plot

Peter Gunn is a sophisticated private detective with an expensive taste who loves jazz. Operating out of an unnamed coastal town, he is a regular at Mother's, a smoky jazz club he uses as his 'office', where he often meets with his clients. Edie Hart is his girlfriend and works as a singer at the club. Gunn is often aided by Police Lieutenant Jacoby in the course of his investigations (which in some rare cases even take him to Mexico or Europe).
