Pati plot

Pati has just discovered that the electricity has been cut off again in the apartment where she lives with her younger brother and sister and her mother, and that they are behind on their rent. Unfortunately, Julita, Pati's mother, runs away from her responsibilities in alcohol and drugs, spending her time in bars and dance halls. Unlike her, Pati has ambitions. She has applied to the cooking school in Sopot and is nervously waiting for a decision on whether she will be accepted. Sony, the local drug dealer, has started harassing Pati. He wants her to pay off her mother's debts.
