Inspector Morse plot

Morse is an intelligent bachelor with a romantic streak and good taste. He likes architecture, classical music and classic cars, but also a good glass of beer. He is also not always very tactical with his subordinate, adjutant Lewis. The university city of Oxford is the setting for their investigations into mysterious murder cases.

Watched Absolute conviction again yesterday. I think it's one of the better of the sixth season, something that is partly due to the strong cast. Besides Thaw and Whately, Richard Wison, Sean Bean and especially Jim Broadbent have some great and well-known actors in the guest roles. Story about whether or not murder in a half-open model prison is also in order. Strong denouement, although it comes out of the blue.
