Gråzon plot

Gråzon revolves around a possible attack in Scandinavia, which the Swedish and Danish security services are trying with all their might to prevent. However, due to the high time pressure and persistent threat, the emotions of those involved are running high. In addition, drone engineer Victoria Rahbek finds herself in a nightmare when she is taken hostage in her own home by terrorists in possession of nuclear weapons.

Bij de openingsscene met de vrachtwagen heb ik even overwogen om te stoppen met kijken. Alweer zo'n scriptschrijver die politiemensen domme soloacties uit laat voeren en de meest simpele ingrepen laat verkloten. Echter gaandeweg steeg het niveau ietsjes, maar wel heel langzaam. Pas vanaf aflevering 5 vond ik het echt interessant worden. De laatste delen waren boeiend behalve het voorspelbare slot; de eindbestemming van de drone. Tja, en dat niemands privéleven op rolletjes loopt is ook standaard in dit soort series; daar ben ik inmiddels ook aan gewend alhoewel het stukje Eva en dochter kant noch wal raakte. Los van dat, in zijn geheel genomen, best een goede serie tussen al die andere goede Scandinavische producten. Mooie shots, goed acteerwerk door bekende gezichten en af en toe prima acties.

However, gradually the level rose slightly, but very slowly. It wasn't until episode 5 that I started to really enjoy it. The last parts were captivating except for the predictable ending; the final destination of the drone. Well, and that nobody's private life runs smoothly is also standard in this type of series; I am also used to that, although the piece of Eva and daughter didn't make sense. Apart from that, overall, quite a good series among all those other good Scandinavian products. Beautiful shots, good acting by familiar faces and occasionally good actions.
