This is the strongest season after season 1 and a nice farewell to the characters. Although I secretly hope for a Patty spinoff because that was the nicest female character in years.
This season is also visually beautifully depicted, with light and dark and neon, but above all a nice retro Hitchcock atmosphere. Style-wise, the series isn't very consistent, but who cares when it's executed this well.
The only downside might be the casting of Simmons as Zax, I find him a bit too clownish to play that character, perhaps because I can never see him apart from the screaming newspaper publisher in Spiderman.
