Florida Man plot

Mike Valentine is an ex-cop struggling with problems. He is forced to return to his home state of Florida to find a gangster's runaway girlfriend. What should be a quick job becomes a wild journey into buried family secrets and an increasingly futile attempt to do the right thing in a place where so much is wrong. He expected a small job but it turns into a wild odyssey of manhunts and murders.

This series is good if you have to burn about 6 wasted hours. It doesn't get exciting anywhere, so the plot description "a wild odyssey of man hunting and murders" is quite exaggerated. There is humor here and there, so comedy could also have been included in addition to the drama genre. The performance and setting are otherwise excellent. Another season? In that regard, there is a very small hint at the end.
