Everwood plot

The series features the family of renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Andrew (Andy) Brown central. After the death of Andy's wife, he and his two children, 15-year-old Ephram and 9-year-old Delia, move from New York to the small town of Everwood, Colorado. All three have problems adapting to the rural mentality. That's how Dr. Brown starts a free practice, which brings him into conflict with the local doctor. Ephram would have preferred to stay with his grandparents in New York to continue his piano studies there, and he struggles with his feelings about the death of his mother, which manifests itself in an ongoing rebellion against his father. Only Delia seems to feel at home in Everwood quite quickly.
