Drop Dead Diva plot

Deb Dobson is a superficial woman with aspirations to become a model. She is in a relationship with lawyer Grayson Kent. Her best friend, Stacy Barret, is as shallow as she is. While on her way to an audition, she has an accident and dies. At the same time, overweight and low self-esteem lawyer Jane Bingum is shot dead in the office by an angry, cheated man. Deb Dobson ends up in heaven where he is subjected to an investigation. Finally, it must be determined whether she can go to heaven or whether she should be sent to hell. Here it turns out that she is not bad and not good, which causes some problems for Fred. After all, he has to make the decision. Deb thinks it's all taking too long and takes matters into his own hands. She is sent back to Earth and ends up in Jane's body. She not only takes over her body, but also her life. Fortunately, Jane has access to her knowledge of the law and her hyper-intelligent brain.
