De Parelvissers plot

De Parelvissers was founded in 1994 by a group of friends for life and quickly grew into one of the most successful production houses in Flanders. After six years, Jan De Ridder, one of the founders, disappears without a trace with one hundred million Belgian francs (2.5 million euros) from the bank account of De Parelvissers. The production house goes bankrupt and the friends lose sight of each other. Five years later, Piet, Jan's brother, brings everyone back together in the Ardennes because he wants to make a documentary about Jan's disappearance.
