Caïn plot

Fred Caïn is not your average police inspector. He is in a wheelchair and does not even hesitate to abuse his disability to bring his cases to a successful conclusion. In his investigations he is assisted by his subordinate Lucie Delambre, who does not have it easy with his cynicism and black humor.
