BrainDead plot
Laurel is a fresh young employee whose first job in Washington DC leads her to discover two things: the government has stopped working, and aliens have come to Earth and have eaten the brains of a growing number of congressmen and staffers. YES, this was a very successful 1st episode, right up my alley! House of Cards meets Invasion of the Body Snatchers meets Mars Attacks. Nice actress also Mary Elizabeth Winstead, in 10 Cloverfield Lane she also did very well. I will definitely continue to follow this series. Too bad I can't watch it all in one go. But oh well, luxury problem.
