Blood plot

Cathleen Hogan lives an isolated life and is on the run from her past. She is forced to confront her when her mother's tragic and 'accidental' death takes her back to the Irish countryside home and her family, whom she has barely seen for ten years. Solid but predictable and stale British drama, which runs too fast on the auto-pilot. Adrian Dunbar is more at home in Line of Duty than in this family story, in which he bumps a lot from a to blood and acts dutifully. You can't say that nothing happened. OMG, what we are presented with is really too much of a good thing. As a whodunit, this thriller-drama doesn't hold up either, so I say: stop after two seasons.

This was less than season 1. Mainly because of the chronological chaos. Nice attempt to completely mix up the story in terms of time, but that lowers my rating. At a certain point the character Paul started to irritate quite a bit; rarely seen such a loser. Too bad Carolina Main only had a small part in this season while in season 1 she had the lead role (Cat). But that's probably the structure of the seasons; with season 1 and 2 we have had the daughters. I don't know if there will be a season 3 with the son (Michael) as the main character because if I want to see that?
