Alice & Jack plot
Alice, a young, single woman living in London who is heavily invested in her career and dealing with the long-term effects of childhood trauma. Jack, a lonely but charming biochemist. They meet at a bar and, to Jack's surprise, spend the night together. However, that's where it ends. Years later, Jack started a family with Lynn and together they have a daughter. Until Alice's mother dies and Jack comes into contact with Alice again. What follows is something neither Jack nor Alice could have anticipated.
