The Savoy plot

Britain's first luxury hotel, located on the banks of the Thames, opens its doors to television viewers for the first time. These get an impression of what it is like to be a guest in the hotel, and get to know his employees. Although the hotel has been successful for many years, it has recently entered the most dramatic period in history: from the busy winter season it passed into the corona lockdown. While a global crisis is looming, the staff continues to create magical atmospheres with their hard work and unparalleled attention to detail. But then the time has come: The Savoy has to close its doors for the first time in history.
