The Code plot

In this documentary, Professor Marcus du Sautoy reveals a hidden numerical code underlying all nature. First, he looks at the important role numbers play and how they affect the world. He then looks for patterns that occur in nature and shows that they are anything but random, but are determined by the code. Finally, the randomness of many events in daily life is discussed, which turn out not to be as random as it seems, but are also controlled by the code. All in all, it turns out to be a code that has the power to explain everything from the numbers and shapes we see around us to the rules that govern our own lives.
