Penguin Town plot
A group of African penguins travel to the South African holiday resort of Simonstad for the summer mating season. They leave the glaciers and ice floes to mingle with residents and tourists in the sunny, warm climate. The penguins hope to find a good place to mate, lay eggs and care for their new chicks. Three groups are followed: the Bougainvilleas, a couple that has been together for a while, the Duikers, who just got together, and Junior, a young bird who is alone for the first time.
