Lucky! tells the story of Bernie Ecclestone and the rise of Formula 1. Seven decades of unique history from the Formula 1 archive are discussed, supplemented with interviews with Bernie Ecclestone. Ecclestone talks about the rivalries, betrayals, politics, deaths and friendships in the Formula 1 world. Despite the painful death of his first driver Stuart Lewis-Evans, Ecclestone perseveres and pursues his goal with determination. Colorful, enigmatic and sometimes ruthless, he transforms Formula 1 from an amateur sport into the global sport of today.
