Étonnants Jardins plot

This series is an invitation to discover an art form and shows how gardens are mirrors of the world. Through breathtaking destinations, the viewer becomes acquainted with the people who have transformed parts of nature and urban wastelands into innovative landscape creations. These include the Zhongshan Garden in China, the Inhotim Open Air Museum in Brazil, the Garden of Cosmic Speculation in Scotland, the Cranbourne Gardens in Australia and the Al-Azhar Park in Egypt. The designers of these spaces have their say, but also the gardeners, botanists, historians and everyday visitors who enjoy them.
