Ambulance Australia follows the New South Wales ambulance service staff, from control room operators, dispatchers to paramedics, as they work under high pressure on a daily basis. They are the first to respond to urgent and emergency calls, using their training and experience to make split-second decisions that could mean the difference between life and death.
